These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wabbi mobile app and related services (together, "Wabbi"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wabbi. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use Wabbi only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You're responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens on it. Sign in through Google or Sign in with Apple; keep those provider accounts secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at contactafterai@gmail.com.
Wabbi turns real-world activity into in-app progression, but Wabbi is not a medical device, coach, or health advisor. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise routine. If you experience discomfort or a medical symptom while active, stop and seek medical attention.
Wabbi offers optional in-app purchases of Wabbi Crystals (the game's premium currency). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment card details. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled through Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly.
Wabbi Crystals and Wabbi Tokens are in-app currencies used only inside Wabbi. Furniture, wabbi cosmetics, eggs, and other in-app items are digital game content. You are receiving a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them inside Wabbi.
Don't use Wabbi to harass others, distribute unlawful content, impersonate other people, or interfere with the service. Usernames and profile content must not be offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringe others' rights. We may remove content, hide accounts from public surfaces, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Wabbi's software, artwork, characters, sounds, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may take screenshots and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Beyond that, please ask before reusing our content.
Wabbi relies on services from Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit), Google (OAuth), Supabase (backend), and RevenueCat (billing infrastructure). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Wabbi is not responsible for third-party actions or outages.
Wabbi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabbi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US $50.
You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it in the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify you in-app. Your continued use of Wabbi after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the app will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
